All orders are final. Once processed, orders cannot be amended.

Once we receive your order we will provide payment instructions to you by email / WhatsApp to enable you to complete your purchase.

Delivery Policy

​

Laurels Jewellery is currently only accepting orders for Hong Kong/Macau/China.

​

Once payment is received for your order we will inform you by email / WhatsApp that your order has been shipped with the tracking number for your parcel.

​

All orders are shipped with tracking information via SF Express or Hong Kong Registered Post. Your delivery address will determine which courier service your order is sent by. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order once it has been dispatched.

'Track and Trace' your delivery by entering your waybill number, which Laurel's Jewellery will provide by email / WhatsApp. See SF Express or Hong Kong Post.

If the item is in stock, it will ship within 3-5 business days or earlier (delivery excludes weekends and public holidays). If an item is out of stock we will notify you. Our typical turnaround time for pieces is 1 week or earlier if the product components are in stock.

Return Policy

Given all Laurels Jewellery pieces are individually unique, we are not able to offer exchange or refund, or accept returns. However, it is extremely important to us that you absolutely love your new jewellery and that you have confidence in your purchase.
