Ordering
Laurels Jewellery is currently only accepting orders for Hong Kong/Macau/China.
All orders are final. Once processed, orders cannot be amended.
All orders are shipped with tracking information via SF Express or Hong Kong Registered Post depending on your delivery address.
Each piece comes in a colourful organza drawstring bag. At Laurels Jewellery, we don't believe in unnecessary packaging that ultimately ends up in landfill.
Individual pieces are unique, either one-of-a-kind, or crafted in limited small quantities.
Natural gemstones vary in colour and texture, and may have tiny flaws. Cutting and polishing makes each piece unique. Metals oxidise over time, and 925 sterling silver requires cleaning with a silver cleaning cloth to remove/prevent tarnish.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of Laurels Jewellery that appear at our store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Item Availability
In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, there will be a Sold Out icon on the product. If the item will no longer be produced again, the product will be removed entirely. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled from your order, and you will not be charged for the item.

Laurels Jewellery only collects your personal data for the purposes of administering our website. Your personal details are not made available to any third parties.
You are entitled to access your personal information and request changes where the information is incomplete or incorrect. Laurels Jewellery will respond to any privacy request within a reasonable time.
